Short Description:

● JCS-21FQ is a non-toxic one pack stabilizer/lubricant system which is designed for extrusion processing. It is suggested to be used in FOAMBOARD.

● It provides good heat stability, excellent initial color and color stability. Under proper processing parameters, JCS-21FQ would exhibit improving plate-out performance.

● Dosage: 0.8 – 1.125phr (per 25phr PVC resin) is recommended depending on the formula and

machine operating conditions. Mixing temperature between 110℃ – 130℃ is recommended.
