● JCS-64 is a non-toxic one pack stabilizer/lubricant system which is designed for extrusion processing. It is suggested to be used in WPC.
● It provides good heat stability, excellent initial color and color stability. Under proper processing parameters, JCS-64 would exhibit improving plate-out performance.
● Dosage: 3.2 - 4.5 phr is recommended depending on the formula and machine operating conditions. Mixing temperature between 110℃ - 130℃ is recommended.
