PVC Ca Zn Stabilizer JCS-JPW-6
● JCS-JPW-6 is a non-toxic one pack stabilizer/lubricant system which is designed for extrusion processing. It is suggested to be used in PVC WHITE PROFILE.
● It provides good heat stability, excellent initial color and color stability, good weather resistance. Under proper processing parameters, JCS-JPW-6 would exhibit improving plate-out performance.
● Dosage: 4.0 - 4.5phr is recommended depending on the formula and machine operating conditions. Mixing temperature between 110℃ - 130℃ is recommended.
