PVC Ca Zn Stabilizer TEQ-006
● TEQ-006 is a non-toxic one pack stabilizer/lubricant system which is designed for extrusion processing. It is suggested to be used in PRESSURE or NON-PRESSURE UPVC PIPE.
● It provides good heat stability, excellent initial color and color stability. Under proper processing parameters, TEQ-006 would exhibit improving plate-out performance.
● Dosage: 2.8 – 3.2phr is recommended depending on the formula and machine operating conditions. Mixing temperature between 110℃ - 130℃ is recommended.

● It provides good heat stability, excellent initial color and color stability. Under proper processing parameters, TEQ-009 would exhibit performance of preventing plate-out.
● Dosage: 3.0 – 3.5phr is recommended depending on the formula and machine operating conditions. Mixing temperature between 110℃ - 130℃ is recommended.
